Is there an existing issue for this?

  • This is a bug in RetroArch frontend
  • I have searched the existing issues

Description

I was playing Mario and Luigi's partners in time and fast-forwarding the dialogue, which was not working. turned on skip frames but it's not skipping frames at all so it doesn't work. Ever since I updated RetroArch all of a sudden it won't skip frames

Expected behavior
