Session recording

We need session recordings to understand users' behavior and what must be improved in our mobile application to deliver a better user experience.
Right now, we don't know the exact reasons for the most critical activities, like:

• why do users leave our application before she registers
• why users don't create a passwords
• how much "adding devices" confuses users and if users even willing to add new devices

Note: be extremely cautious not to expose passwords during "screen recording".

I guess the best tool for us that we should use for the emulation of screen recordings is smartlook
