Testing #10188

Local: Windows with VS Code Insiders
Remote: Alpine Dev Container

  1. Create a new Alpine Dev Container and connect to it using the Dev Containers extension.
  2. Move the git binary to git.old to simulate not having git in the container.
  3. Open the SCM view.
  4. Reload the window.
  5. 🐛 I see a notification that shows up with a button that asks me to download Git. It takes me to a page for my local install.
