Visiting an external link while in full-screen mode pulls the browser/reader out of full-screen mode but leaves the full-screen button in the wrong state, i.e. the button is still in "exit full-screen" mode.

cozy-sun-bear should

  • emit an event when the reader detects the browser's exit from full-screen
  • (probably) have an actual full-screen widget
