Surface custom experiment metrics in github pages ui #521

It would be nice if custom metrics (those defined as part of a specific experiment config) could be viewed through metric-hub's github pages UI. This way, experiment owners or stakeholders can easily find the definition of metrics instead of needing to search through the TOML.
