Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm often frustrated by not knowing which version of NetBird server I'm using, as the version number isn’t displayed anywhere in the NetBird dashboard. This lack of visibility makes it challenging to ensure that my setup is up-to-date or to troubleshoot when version-specific issues arise. Self-hosting situation here!
Describe the solution you'd like
I’d like the NetBird dashboard to display the version information of the software components in use. This would include showing the version of each component (e.g., signal, management, and dashboard) in an easily accessible section on the dashboard interface.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I’ve tried using the command line to view Docker containers and check version information manually. However, this approach isn’t user-friendly, particularly for those who manage multiple instances or prefer working within the dashboard interface.
