app/App_Resources missing (-> .gitignore) #1

Hi,

app/App_Resources is listed in .gitignore

When running tns emulate android the build fails with:

ENOENT: no such file or directory, scandir '/Users/jbandi/Dev/Github/_angular-examples/mobile-clock/app/App_Resources'

I think app/App_Resources should be checked in ...
