Feature request: save current configuration as preset

Describe the solution you'd like
Would like to be able to save current configuration as preset. I understand that configuration may contain a lot of values, but maybe we could start simple with just PHP version, extensions and maybe find commonly used .ini values like memory limit. Maybe it could be smart and detect differences from default installation.

I'm not sure how easy this is to implement, I will have to take a look. Seems like a lot of work, though...
