I think we could benefit from adding some standard operating procedures or just docs on processes related to the worker. These would serve as references/instructions for the processes we want to cover.

Two processes I think could be included in this:

  • Incident flow - what to do if there's an incident with the worker, general quick fixes while the issue is still ongoing, what to do in retro
  • How to rollback the worker - two ways of doing this: 1) via the cloudflare dash 2) revert commit & deploy via actions
