Can you elaborate where you want to get attributes like remote IP and port in span? In your application or elsewhere?

Can the generation logic of traceId here be modified?

You can do it by using a custom IdGenerator, refer to https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation/tree/main/examples/extension#extensions-examples
