[Feature request] Temporarily disable a style sheet

A user could temporarily disable a style sheet on a tab or could disable a sheet for a period of time.

Sometimes a global style sheet is good enough for 99% of sites, but then it needs disabled for a short period of time. For instance, syntax highlighting might be broken on a one-off site. It's not worthwhile creating a custom CSS for a site you will likely never see again. However, if you turn off the dark theme and forget about it, the next time you happen to visit that site you could get flash banged by a white screen in the middle of the night.
