Guessing here (given that the issue has hit a couple of other things this morning) - maybe this is related to the recent change of the OSM API to redirect from http to https?

It was (about 2 minutes ago) Firefox or Chrome on Windows 7, but it's now working again. I thought initially that it was https:// working and http:// not, but no, both http and https are working for me now. Put it down to network issues at this end I guess?
I think it might have been a broken redirect, so I think I'm going to reopen this and repurpose it to force all queries to OSM to use https:// instead of //, which matches whatever the page uses (in your case HTTP that would get redirected by OSM to HTTPS).
Example query http://osmlab.github.io/osm-deep-history/#/way/442577309 .
