A way to visualize step by step the parameter adjustment process with backpropagation would be great!!

That's a good idea - but I think backprop is pretty hard to visualize. I recommend you watch the video on backpropagation by 3Blue1Brown (if you haven't seen it yet) which I don't think I can match in terms of visualization expressiveness and effectiveness.
