The polygon tool should not require clicking "create" to work

In lazer editor changing settings in most dialogs (SV, hitsounds, rotate, scale) takes effect immediately, without need to press Enter / "OK" / etc. However, the polygon tool is an exception, which requires clicking "Create" to take effect (otherwise the notes would disappear when the dialog is closed). There were several times I went directly dismissing the dialog after setting the parameters and the polygon just (surprisingly) disappeared.

Open as a discussion because maybe some mappers would prefer the current way (?)
