Update on actions from the previous meeting

Status update for efforts:

• Typescript & Codegen
• Debugging
• CI & E2E
  • @cipolleschi to follow up with CircleCI on potential future improvements for our CI setup.
  • @cortinico @kelset had meeting with Callstack to discuss the OSS E2E testing solution currently proposed. Need one iteration and it should be good to go.
• Metro & symlinks
  • Symlinks work advancing well and we are aiming to release it in 0.72.
  • Proposal is accepted: react-native-community/discussions-and-proposals#534. Notable changes since last meeting are here. Node PR adding "react-native" condition is merged: nodejs/node#45367.
• Monorepo
  • @hoxyd helped us merge most of the Phase 1 PRs for the Monorepo. Current status: ☂️ React Native Monorepo facebook/react-native#34692
  • Next up Phase 2 -> Investigate publishing automation for packages outside of react-native package
