Customising default Renovate.json

The vulnerability features from osv.dev is amazing. However, I am helping different teams to scan. Is it possible to customise a renovate.json beforehand so that we do not need to manually add renovate.json into each scan repository?

Look into onboardingConfig to change the default.

Look into requireConfig if you want to avoid the need for repo config at all

Thanks for the reply, bear with my noob questions but I saw that onboardingConfig and requireConfig is on self hosted...Possible to still run if I do on gitlab runner?
