New datasource for alpine packages

I have learned that the alpine packages in the Repology database are often outdated or that some packages are not available at all which leads to errors and additional overhead for developers. Since alpine images are widely used, I suggest creating a new data source for alpine packages that directly accesses https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/packages.

FWIW Renovate identifies itself by user-agent, and it does have a default rule of one request per second per instance to Repology

Renovate also has a default user-agent, so explicit configuration is not necessary. The repology host/owner has located the Renovate project here in the past as a result.

Right. However, in self-hosted environments the user-agent should be set explicitly with corresponding information. Do you think it would make sense to add a link to repology's terms of use to the following page? https://docs.renovatebot.com/modules/datasource/repology/

I think the way it is now is compliant. For example the terms suggest a github repository with issue tracker, which implies they are after the contact information of the tool (e.g. Renovate) and not of the user/person (e.g. you).
