Poetry 2.0 artifact updating

Describe the proposed change(s).

Once Poetry 2.0 projects are successfully detected and updated, it's necessary to update the poetry manager "artifacts" updating logic to make sure it works with Poetry 2.0. This includes:

• Getting test(deps): update dependency poetry to v2 (main) containerbase/base#3889 to mergeable state
• Ensuring that Poetry 2.x versions are successfully "detected" and correct version will be installed by "install-tool"
• Checking if the CLI parameters currently passed to Poetry 1.x are still valid for Poetry 2.x or if we need to update them
