net/http: TLS handshake timeout

I am using this kit for some time and recently I have updated from version 0.3 to 0.4.1 and mostly everything works as expected, but connection to Hashicorp vault. It is worth to add that I don't have additional proxies beside VPN. The only error I have is:

Error checking seal status: Get "https://path-to-vault/v1/sys/seal-status": net/http: TLS handshake timeout
