TODOs:

1. kgsl_smmu & gpucc are enabled by default (GPU/panel enablement)
   no need to enable them in device DTSes
   All sd?6??-*.dts and sd?6??-*-common.dtsi need to be rechecked

2. anoc2_smmu & lpass_smmu are enabled by default (Wi-Fi enablement)
   no need to enable them in device DTSes
   All sd?6??-*.dts and sd?6??-*-common.dtsi need to be rechecked

3. Inside adreno_gpu's zap-shader node "firmware-name" prop is no
   longer specified in sdm630/636/660 dtsi; every device will need to
   provide its own in &adreno_gpu_zap, as done in:
