Sync with JCenter

Sync with JCenter is not possible due to missing jar files, therefore the sync request has been declined.

Under the Artifact id " todo-or-die: sources.jar file is missing and under the artifact id " todo-or-die-native"
.jar file is missing.

This is probably one of the current limitations of kotlin-multiplatform, though I haven't looked into it yet.
If it is in fact a limitation of kotlin mpp, then the only workaround I can see for now is creating "dummy" jar files, but that to me sounds like a bad idea
