nx-pulumi:init-standalone is missing up target

Hi there, I'm new to nx so I could be misreading the project. I'm looking at the generators for init and init-standalone and found the standalone does not contain an up target

I'm starting with an empty workspace (choosing ts during create-nx-workspace) and attempting to deploy an API gateway as described in this tutorial: https://www.pulumi.com/registry/packages/aws/how-to-guides/rest-api/
