nx-pulumi peer dependency on aws-sdk #87

Hello and thank you for your work.

We have noticed that the nx-pulumi plugin depends on aws-sdk. It is pulling unnecessary libraries for us since we are using azure.
Is it possible to remove that peer dependency.
