[Feature]: 希望可以增加一条查看当前所有任务清单并管理任务的指令 #196

Description

问题：操作多了以后，报错重启以后，任务多了以后，很难记住任务有哪些或者哪些已经停止，查找很不方便只能全部停止清空任务再重新指令开始。

Suggested Solution

增加一个查看任务清单的指定，并可对每个任务进行管理，包括开始，停止，清除，增加删除改变filter的功能

最好能增加给任务命名的功能，方便管理
