Here's a short proposal for how we can support GitHub App Authentication within Tekton.

I'm not sure if Pipelines is the right place for this issue but regardless is this is something that we need to address - if tekton is going to have explicit github support (which we do via the PullRequest pipelineresource + catalog task, and also via triggers interceptors) we should support github app authentication as well
