Steps to reproduce

By clicking any media source in the Telegram Tips channel, the Media viewer window will pop up, and then the window will be maximized/restored repeatedly, which will cause this bug. I recorded a video to describe the presentation of this bug.

Expected behaviour

Media Viewer should work as expected like any other normal windows

Actual behaviour

In fact, every time you double-click the title bar of the Media viewer, an unexpected bug will occur.
