Is your feature request related to a problem?

when turning on audio / round videos, the "control panel" appears on top, while the chat content shifts up. when playback ends, the panel is removed and the chat moves down.

Describe the solution you'd like

the panel is expected to be in a "fixed layer" and does not affect the scrolling of the chat.

Describe alternatives you've considered

to stop the chat from "jerking" you have to turn on the audio and pause it. Then when you close the new audio/video panel, the old panel remains and the chat does not jerking.
