Steps to reproduce

When a lot of people start chatting at the same time, a small dot appears on the side.

Expected behaviour

I do not know if it disappears if a person stops writing or clicks on it.

Actual behaviour

it just appears and may disappear, it happens that there is not 1 pixel but 3-4

Win11

Version of Telegram Desktop

5.10.3 64x

when changing the font to another one, the dot became smaller

and when changing to calidri, it is not visible at all
It's very strange

It’s the same for me!
This is especially noticeable if the preview of the message contained some kind of premium emoji

I did some tests and here is the result:

I tried changing the video cards from 1650 to px580, the effect is the same.
