Add fuzzing for native histogram queries #479

The test notation now supports creating native histogram objects, so we can add fuzzing for this datatype too.

Some examples can be found in Prometheus testdata: https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/blob/main/promql/promqltest/testdata/native_histograms.test.
