As title says, it would be nice if you can also pull out the uptime for the PPPoE WAN connection and put it as a sensor in HA.

+1 for this, as PPPoE is something which likes to disconnect often.
Additionally, we need a reconnect button to forcefully trigger reconnection when needed, similar to what's available in the interfaces status page.
