Database not syncing on Ubuntu 22.04

Hi there,

use ubuntu as virtual machine to host my wordpress sandbox.
After the new ubuntu 22.04 came out i did this from scratch - so complete new installation of OS and wordmove (packages added to base system are apache2 php libapache2-mod-php php-mysql php-curl php-gd php-mbstring php-xml php-xmlrpc php-soap php-intl php-zip adminer ruby-full rsync lftp sshpass mariadb-server mariadb-client lftp) and after that wordmove installed with "sudo gem install wordmove".

After i created a database and downloaded/unpacked wordpress to /var/www/html/sandbox
Then i added my old working movefile from the old virtual machine and tried to sync staging.mydomain.com to the local sandbox with
"wordmove pull --all -e sandbox"

All themes, plugins etc. are downloaded - but the pages, elements etc. were missing.
So i retried with
"wordmove pull -e staging -d"

which gave me:

I tried to find a solution for "/var/lib/gems/3.0.0/gems/net-ssh-6.1.0/lib/net/ssh/transport/openssl.rb:152:in `public_key=': pkeys are immutable on OpenSSL 3.0 (OpenSSL::PKey::PKeyError)" (which looks to me like the problem - but i could be wrong - im not a coder) but could not find a solution so far.

No LSB modules are available.

Does anyone experience the same problems with the new ubuntu? Any hint or tip would be great.

Hi, unless you're in a good position (only development) to try wordmove 6.alphaX, you need to stick to ruby 2.7.x.

At least I think that one can be the only problem. Let me know :)

thx - as i currently work on a site that has to go into production i sticked with the old version.

But i have a solution for anyone wanting to use ubuntu 22.04 with wordmove.
Instead of the ruby version via package managment:
1.Alternative installation - use rubenv instead of ruby package:

2.Problem - ruby 2.7.6 needs openssl 1.1 (last part not needed as ruby is already installed in Step 1 via rubenv)
Solution: rbenv/ruby-build#1940 (comment)

Then just install wordmove as described on the startpage here.
