Based on UX feedback (TBD), create content for pop-ups or other labeling for confusing aspects of UI/flow.

I think we've done this on many of our elements (new intro text on the browse page, popup icons on the register data page, additional info in the publishing modal, added warnings about instance limits, redesigned the browse page, etc). Close-able?
