If you rename the installation of vs code the installer will be able to detect the fact you have vs code installed but it will throw an error at the end of the installation.
I would like that because it can detect the vs code installation it should be able to find it when updating.
The best way to update it currently is to rename the installation back to Visual studio code and then name it back.
The reason that i have my vs code installation renamed is so that i can differentiate my 3 different installations of vs code.
