Total_Number_of_Sites Number_of_Unstable_Sites %
28028 68 0.24
but I use -z 1, the result is:
Total_Number_of_Sites Number_of_Unstable_Sites %
28028 2510 8.96
tumor average depth: 286x

If you don't have a large amount of data to test, we recommend using the default parameter, i.e., -z 0. Our local data testing shows that the performance of the -z 0 parameter is better than -z 1.
