fix stream_all_messages_does_not_lose_messages test on web

the test_stream_all_messages_does_not_lose_messages works on native but not on web, probably because of a the different executor + network latency, the stream is more likely to yield at problematic points. This can be fixed w/ debugging the streams and making sure we dont miss messages while the stream is adding a group
