Changing background image height and width has no effect.

Have a diagram with a background image set.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit the diagram
2. Click on Image from the right Panel (Background Image)
3. Change the value for Width or Height
4. Click on Apply
5. Click on Save & View

Expected result:
The background image is moved according to the changed parameters.

Actual result:
The background image remains in the same position.
Also, the values of the parameters remained actually with the initial values when checked again.
