• Added better config management in the rust backend.
• Added sound effects.

Fixed

• The overlay window was open, but invisible when the app was started. This caused the window to intercept mouse clicks that were intended for other apps. This has been resolved by setting the overlay window to be hidden by default.
• Settings window will now be brought to the front when opened.
