--> Header/nav with responsive design (TODO: mobile search bar and hamburger menu)
--> Footer with all project member info, github link to repo, and app name
Routes and basic page setup for Dashboard (/), Profile (/profile), Library (/library), and Login (/login) -- no functionality on any pages yet
