So,
I made dialog boxes for the reload because we accidently reloaded and lost the process of the work on the mesh, i think that can be useful for everyone.

I have an other feature to, I changed the ctrl modifier behavior of the area selection tools, but I want create a setup option for this, and until I don't want to create a pull request on it, I built the project tested it, it works well.
Hope you find it useful to

In MainWindow_RunTime.cpp I set up some security question before reloading/reloading all/new project, and added the vs project files to git ignore.
Changing the method of area selection tools, by holding the ctrl you can start a new selection, but the normal mode is the next selection is added to do current selection.
