Implemented "Selective Stretch", which lets users specify a range of hues and only enhance them, leaving the rest unaltered.

  • Added LayerDstretch to handle dstretch filters
  • Added a few sample images (courtesy of WikiMedia Foundation)
  • Added 2 examples in index.js
  • Added ShaderFilterDstretch and ShaderFilterSelectiveStretch to enable stretching algorithms as filters
