  • Update various libraries to avoid NPM security warnings etc.
  • Beware - minimum of Ruby 2.3 / Bundler 2, now, not Ruby 2.2
  • Move from Bootstrap 2 to 4 (this results in some structural/indent changes in some files, so turning off whitespace in the diff viewer is recommended)
  • Adds a "kick" button for the "buried jobs" popup to make it easier to kick one job
  • Formats the JSON shown in the body for the "buried jobs" popup
