Hello! Hope you are doing well.
In this PR, I added the ability to use uv to manage the dependencies (but still letting the default pip way working just fine).
I also added a Dockerfile that can be used to build an image that the code can be run with directly without installing anything locally. Ideally, you should build an image and publish to dockerhub under the same username.
