Detailed Description of the Pull Request / Additional comments

A CancellationToken is now propagated to all leaf paste actions to allow for cancellation, as is an IProgress<double> for progress reporting.

Validation Steps Performed

• Tested new functionality
• Tested existing Advanced Paste functionality
