Introduce matrix strategy builds to build images for arm and amd64.
To pass matrix outputs between jobs third-party action cloudposse/github-action-matrix-outputs-write and cloudposse/github-action-matrix-outputs-read are used. Both actions saves matrix based jobs outputs as json in artifacts.
