Add a collection of community resources collected by @jrico-eclipse.

Might be worth reorganizing them around topics.

What's the goal and audience for this file? Collect all the writing out there? Is it substance focussed? Is CRA implementation process information in-scope, or out of scope? How about ORC process information?

As it stands, I would personally hesitate to recommend this large a list to new people looking to learn more.

Finally, the current diff is quite heavily Eclipse focussed, so I would second the idea to consider some of the old stuff, but only if it meets whatever goal we have for this file.

Yeah, I think we should split them up in topics. And then make it easy to add new ones.
