Cutternet is an open source software whose purpose is to shorten URLs, in addition to providing rich monitoring about visitors to respective URLs, it also provides a tracker system, allowing you to embed a code in your web page, so that every time someone enters to your site you can see certain data of it, this is version 1.0.0.
