Support some popular custom parsers for standard, like linter-js-standard does.

@evollu You can clone my repo https://github.com/xcv58/atom-standard-formatter

Then delete ~/.atom/packages/standard-formatter and use symbolic link to use the forked version:

ln -s ~/atom-standard-formatter ~/.atom/packages/standard-formatter

Some conflicts popped up. I'm closing this in favor of #59 and #58.
