Description:

This pull request introduces significant updates and enhancements to the project structure and configuration settings, improving functionality and development flexibility:

  • Rename Main Project: Updated the main project name to 'es- Journals'.
  • SSL Configuration: Implemented a 'certify search' parameter to disable SSL verification as needed.
  • Database Path Change: Modified the path for saving databases to better organize resources.
  • Development Enhancements: Enhanced the development environment by adding new volume and network configurations.
  • Specs and Patch Updates: Updated Makim specs and implemented a path patch to load 'RMEDRXIV'.
  • R-Medrxiv Library: Implement instalation of the package with fixes from the github branch.
