Partnership page overhaul exploration

This recreates (and updates) the existing /partnership/ page.

Currently, this page is a document maintained in Notion. This PR would instead make this an .mdx page located in this repo.

Takes the opportunity to refresh the content of this page without adding/removing sections. (We might want to do this! We can do this now, or later!)

• Noting that src/pages/[slug].astro doesn't appear to have a super quick way for me to pass the image to use instead of the gradient background, so I will leave that for @TheOtterlord to work on!
