- Move "Older Configuration Versions" tab to top level.
- Add "Update Date" on Configuration page

The title of this page (within the main text) still says Configuration. It should be changed to Older Configuration Versions.

This meta data should no more point to any hierarchy. parent, nav_order and has_children should be removed. The same should be done with the v1 configuration page.

Moved the "Older Configuration Versions" page out of the hierarchy.
